M57 - Olympus IX85 (inverted) with sCMOS and colour camera
System Description
M57 - is a widefield microscope for brightfield and fluorescence based on an Olympus IX85 inverted microscope. It is equipped with temperature (heating), CO2 and humidity control, a motorized XYZ-stage as well as a sCMOS and color cameras. All components are controlled by CellSense software. The system is ideal for multidimensional experiments with different plate or dish formats making it suitable e.g. for various live cell experiments or the automatic acquisition of many images (screening).
