System Description

The Tyto Lux is a benchtop, cartridge-based cell sorting system from Miltenyi Biotec that combines microfluidic, closed-system sorting with an emphasis on cell viability and sterility. The system is equipped with 4 lasers to perform label-based high-purity sorting without the high-pressure droplet formation used in traditional flow cytometers, therefore reducing shear stress and decompression.
