ImageJ/Fiji

ImageJ/Fiji is a free software platform suited for a variety of different imaging tasks. We provide advice in usage and analytical questions, as well as automated workflows in Fiji Macro Language for batch analyses. In regular intervals we give three day courses on Image analysis using Fiji to provide users with the tools for solving problems on their own.
