Image Analysis

Image Analysis is a way of extracting scientifically relevant data from images acquired by microscopy or other imaging techniques. The Biooptics Facility provides users with different solutions for answering their scientific questions. We write code for automated analysis, give trainings on imaging software as well as regular courses on using ImageJ/Fiji. For discussing analysis topics please contact image.analysis(at)imp.ac.at. Analysis goals and a possible timeframe are best discussed personally.
