
M52 - STELLARIS 8 CryoCLEM with Falcon FLIM
System description

The Leica STELLARIS 8 FALCON is an upright point laser scanning confocal microscope featuring Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM) with FALCON technology. The system is equipped with White Light Laser (WWL), which provides flexible excitation across the wide spectrum. M52 has five sensitive HyD detectors and a XY-motorized stage with a Z-Galvo insert. The incubator enclosing the whole microscope allows both temperature and CO2 control. Upon conversion, the system can be configured for Cryo-CLEM experiments.
