
M52 - STELLARIS 8 CryoCLEM with Falcon FLIM
System description

The Leica STELLARIS 8 FALCON is an upright point laser scanning confocal microscope featuring Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM) with FALCON technology for real-time lifetime measurements. The system is equipped with White Light Laser (WWL) which provides flexible excitation across the visible spectrum. M52 has five HyD detectors. The system is equipped with a XY-motorized stage with a Z-Galvo stage insert. The microscope is fully enclosed for heating and with CO2 control. The system can be configured for Cryo-CLEM upon conversion.
