M47 - FLIM - Picoquant Fluorescent Lifetime Imaging Microscope
System Description
The PicoQuant MT200 is an inverted point laser scanning confocal microscope (microscope body Olympus IX83) featuring Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM) with Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) technology. The system is equipped with a multichannel-event-timer (MultiHarp 150, PicoQuant) offering up to 16 independent channels, a galvo scanner (FLIMbee, PicoQuant), and two sensitive PMA hybrid detectors of 50 ps time resolution (PicoQuant). In addition, this system can be used for anisotropy measurements.
The microscope also provides a XY-motorized stage. A large chamber incubator allows both temperature and CO2 control.
