F11 - Sony SH800 Cell Sorter

System Description

The SONY SH800 is a three laser (405nm, 488 nm and 561 nm) sorter which can be operated by users themselves after having received training. It is capable of simultaneous detection of 2 scatter and 6 fluorescent parameters and allows bulk sorts of up to two populations as well as (index-)sorting in various plate types (e.g. 6, 24, 48, 96, 384 wells). It is mainly suited to sort BFP, GFP and mCherry/RFP labeled cells.
