M15 - LSM510 Axiovert 200M

System Description

The M15 system is a point laser scanning confocal microscope (LSM510). It allows to acquire 3 fluorescence channels simultaneously along with the transmitted light image (CHD-T-PMT) and is equipped a motorized xy-stage.
The system is fully programmable and therefore able to run multidimensional experiments including any combination of the following: multiple positions, multiple wavelengths, z-Stacks, time-lapse.
This makes it suitable e.g. for a xyzt-experiment on up to 4 slides, using a special stage insert.
