M08 - LSM510 Axiovert200M
System Description
The M08 system is a point laser scanning confocal microscope (LSM510). It allows to acquire 3 fluorescence channels simultaneously along with the transmitted light image (CHD-T-PMT). This system does not allow to excite in the 405 nm range - No DAPI and Alexa 405 images possible!
