M05 - Axioplan2 imaging with HBO Lamp
System Description
The M05 system run under MetaMorph, is an upright widefield microscope equipped with transmitted and fluorescent light source. It can be used to acquire multicolor fluorescent images of fixed samples, as well as phase contrast (Ph) and differencial interference contrast (DIC) images.
