F04 - FACS Aria

System Description

The FACS Aria is a 3 laser sorter with 8 fluorescence detectors controlled by FACSDiva software and operated exclusively by BioOptics staff members. It allows bulk sorts of up to 4 populations simultaneously, temperature control for sample in and out, as well as high speed sorting.
